Once overvoltage fault is confirmed, the built-in 100mA crowbar drive output will be activated and latched continuously to pull down abnormal voltage rapidly; users can reset the latch manually after troubleshooting to restore normal power supply operation.
The device accepts wide input voltage ranging from 5V up to 36V, adapting to various industrial DC bus power rails. Its operating temperature range covers -40°C to 85°C, ensuring stable performance under fluctuating ambient temperatures of indoor and outdoor industrial equipment. The quiescent supply current is maintained at 5.5mA under normal working status, balancing control responsiveness and standby power consumption reasonably. The component complies with RoHS and REACH environmental directives, adopts lead-free metallization process, and has passed moisture sensitivity level certification to fit universal reflow soldering production standards.
