OPA2356MDGKREP is an Enhanced Product (EP) high-speed voltage-feedback CMOS dual operational amplifier from Texas Instruments, part of the OPA2356-EP family. The device is designed for video applications and other applications requiring wide bandwidth[reference:0]. It features a 200 MHz gain bandwidth product (GBW)[reference:1], 450 MHz unity-gain bandwidth[reference:2][reference:3], and a high slew rate of 360 V/µs[reference:4].
The OPA2356MDGKREP is unity-gain stable and capable of driving large output currents[reference:5]. Differential gain is 0.02% and differential phase is 0.05°[reference:6]. Quiescent current is only 8.3 mA per channel[reference:7]. The device is optimized for single or dual supply operation from as low as 2.5 V (±1.25 V) to as high as 5.5 V (±2.75 V)[reference:8].
The common-mode input range extends down to 100 mV below ground and up to 1.5 V above V+[reference:9]. Output swing is controlled to within 100 mV of the supply rails, supporting wide dynamic range[reference:10]. The EP designation indicates support for defense, aerospace, and medical applications with controlled baseline, extended product life cycle, extended product-change notification, and product traceability[reference:11]. The OPA2356MDGKREP is offered in an 8-lead VSSOP (DGK) package and is rated for operation from –55°C to +125°C[reference:12]. The device is RoHS3 compliant, REACH unaffected, and in active production[reference:13].
