UCC33020QRAQRQ1 is an automotive qualified isolated DC/DC power module from Texas Instruments with integrated transformer technology designed to provide 1.0W of isolated output power. It supports an input voltage operation range of 3.0V to 5.5V and regulates a 5.0V output voltage with a selectable headroom of 5.5V.
The device features a proprietary transformer architecture that achieves a 3kVRMS isolation rating while simultaneously supporting low EMI and excellent load regulation. The UCC33020QRAQRQ1 integrates protection features for increased system robustness, including an enable pin with fault reporting mechanism, short circuit protection, and thermal shutdown.
The UCC33020QRAQRQ1 is AEC-Q100 qualified with device temperature grade 1: –40°C to +125°C ambient operating temperature and is functional safety-capable with documentation available to aid functional safety system design. It comes in a miniaturized, low-profile VSON (4.0mm × 5.00mm) package with 1.00mm height and greater than 4.1mm clearance and creepage. The device is RoHS compliant and in active production.
