OPA2364IDR is a dual, high-performance CMOS operational amplifier from Texas Instruments, part of the OPAx364 family. The device is optimized for ultra-low voltage single-supply operation, operating from 1.8 V (±0.9 V) to 5.5 V (±2.75 V).
The OPA2364IDR features a 7 MHz gain bandwidth product (GBW), a 5 V/µs slew rate, and 90 dB CMRR (typical), providing excellent AC performance. The device is unity-gain stable and supports rail-to-rail input and output with output swing within 10 mV of the supply rails. Quiescent current is only 1.1 mA per channel (750 µA max per channel), making it suitable for power-sensitive applications.
The OPAx363 and OPAx364 families offer excellent CMRR without the crossover associated with traditional complementary input stages. This feature enables superior performance when driving analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) without degrading differential linearity and THD. The input common-mode range includes both supply rails, and the output voltage swings to within 10 mV of the rails. The OPA2364IDR is offered in an 8-lead SOIC (D) package and is rated for operation from –40°C to +125°C. The device is RoHS compliant, REACH unaffected, and in active production.
Low-Voltage Operation Single-supply operation from 1.8 V to 5.5 V for battery-powered and portable equipment.
Rail-to-Rail I/O Rail-to-rail input and output with 10 mV output swing from the rails maximizes dynamic range in low-voltage applications.
High CMRR & Low Offset 90 dB CMRR typical and 500 µV max input offset voltage for precision signal conditioning.
